Edward G. Lammers is a partner in Stecich Murphy & Lammers, LLP, a law firm in Tarrytown, New York.  He practices in the areas of vehicle and traffic, personal injury, family and commercial law.  

        Mr. Lammers received his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from Quinnipiac College where he was a member of the Connecticut Probate Journal.  He was admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars in 1994, the United States District Court in 1997, and the United States Court of Appeals in 2007.   

        Mr. Lammers started with the Westchester County Attorney's Office in 1994 where he logged a multitude of hours in Family Court prosecuting juvenile delinquents and individuals who failed to pay child support.  He quickly moved from Family Court to the Litigation Bureau, where he defended the County in numerous civil law suits.  In 1997, Mr. Lammers left the County Attorney's Office and went into private practice to a firm that represented municipalities throughout Westchester County in personal injury, commercial and land use litigation.  

        In 1999, Edward Lammers became a partner with Murphy Stecich & Powell, LLP, a law firm that represented several municipalities throughout Westchester County.  While at Murphy Stecich & Powell, LLP, Mr. Lammers defended numerous municipalities in personal injury litigation in both Federal and State Courts.  He also served as Assistant Village Attorney in the Villages of Elmsford and Sleepy Hollow and as Town Prosecutor for the Town of Somers.  Mr. Lammers headed the firm's personal injury department where he represented scores of people injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, assaults and construction site accidents.  In addition, he represented numerous motorists in vehicle and traffic matters in local Justice Courts throughout New York State.  

        In 2006, Mr. Lammers became a partner with Stecich Murphy & Lammers, LLP.  At Stecich Murphy & Lammers, LLP, he remained Special Counsel to the Village of Sleepy Hollow and Special Prosecutor for the Town of Somers.  Additionally, he continued to defend municipalities in Personal Injury and Civil Rights litigation.  Mr. Lammers continues to run the personal injury department and also continues to represent motorists in vehicle and traffic matters in local Justice Courts throughout the State.
